Ensure availability and optimization of materials required by the company and collaborate with internal departments to guarantee efficient supply aligned with operational needs, thereby reducing costs, increasing productivity, and meeting established deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze material availability, movement, and storage processes, ensuring timely physical resource accessibility; * Optimize inventory levels to avoid excesses or stockouts, proposing actions for obsolete or slow-moving items; * Plan inventory replenishment based on demand and consumption; * Analyze inventory data to estimate current demand and identify future needs; * Strategically evaluate items eligible for inclusion in contracts or commercial agreements to optimize the flow between procurement and warehouse departments; * Propose actions to reduce costs and waste, focusing on operational efficiency; * Participate in coordination with procurement and warehouse departments; * Contribute to the development, improvement, and planning of departmental processes; * Analyze data and metrics to support sound decision-making; * Report to direct and/or indirect leaders on departmental processes, projects, and action plans, as well as difficulties and needs for sustaining departmental results and business sustainability; * Disseminate updates on corporate policies, processes, and other guidelines from the company’s headquarters; * Stay updated on trends in methodologies and technological innovations within the field of expertise and sectoral requirements; * Comply with and respect standard procedures and occupational safety protocols at the company and third-party establishments (clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in inventory management activities; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information** With **31 years** of operation in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
