Job Summary: A construction company is seeking a Planning and Estimating Engineer to prepare proposals, estimates, schedules, and physical-financial monitoring of construction projects. Critical analysis of projects and construction site supervision The construction company seeks a Planning and Estimating Engineer in Chapecó (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including project analysis, cost breakdowns, and physical\-financial schedules. Prepare estimates based on project documents, tender specifications, and technical descriptions, detailing direct costs and supporting indirect costs. Develop physical and physical\-financial schedules, execution plans, construction methodologies, and resource sizing. Conduct critical project analysis focusing on technical and economic efficiency. Monitor the physical\-financial performance of construction projects, including S-curve analysis. Track project progress and support teams using planning tools and systems, with emphasis on technical and economic optimization and continuous improvement. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Cost Engineer, Planning Analyst, or Project Control Engineer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
