Monitoring and optimization of project performance The construction company seeks a Planning and Estimating Engineer in Chapecó (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including project analysis, cost composition, and physical-financial schedules. Prepare budgets based on project documents, tender specifications, and descriptive memoranda, covering direct costs and supporting indirect costs. Develop physical and physical-financial schedules, work plans, construction methodologies, and resource sizing. Conduct critical project analysis with focus on technical and economic efficiency. Monitor physical-financial project performance, including S-curve analysis. Track project progress and support teams using planning tools and systems, focusing on technical and economic optimization and continuous improvement. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Cost Engineer, Planning Analyst, or Project Control Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
