This professional is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process—from profile alignment to hiring—ensuring the attraction of qualified talent. They also provide strategic support to Human and Organizational Development (HOD), assisting with training, organizational climate, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection (End\-to\-End): Posting job openings on strategic channels, screening resumes, conducting competency-based interviews, and administering technical or behavioral assessments. * Active Sourcing: Proactively searching for candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, focusing on profiles aligned with the company’s culture. * HOD Support: Assisting in implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), organizing internal training sessions, and onboarding new employees. * Climate and Performance Management: Supporting the administration of organizational climate surveys and monitoring performance evaluation cycles. * Employer Branding: Promoting the employer brand to attract talent and reduce turnover. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management; * Prior experience in recruitment processes across various levels and familiarity with HOD subsystems; * Knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office suite; * Assertive communication, analytical mindset, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
