Key Responsibilities: Manage all HR subsystems (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Organizational Climate, etc.); Develop and implement people management strategies aligned with business objectives; Act as a strategic partner to leadership; Implement and monitor HR metrics; Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Solid experience in HR with generalist responsibilities; Experience leading teams; Strategic, analytical profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or manufacturing companies; Experience implementing HR processes; Postgraduate degree in HR-related field.
