They also provide strategic support to Human and Organizational Development (HOD), assisting with training, organizational climate, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities: * End\-to\-End Recruitment and Selection: Posting job openings on strategic channels, screening resumes, conducting competency-based interviews, and administering technical or behavioral assessments. * Active Sourcing: Proactively searching for candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, focusing on profiles aligned with the company’s culture. * HOD Support: Assisting in implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), organizing internal training sessions, and onboarding new employees. * Climate and Performance Management: Supporting the administration of organizational climate surveys and monitoring performance evaluation cycles. * Employer Branding: Promoting the employer brand to attract talent and reduce turnover. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management; * Prior experience in recruitment processes across various levels and familiarity with HOD subsystems; * Knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office suite; * Assertive communication, analytical mindset, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
