If you identify with these values and want to build this story with us, join our team! ### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide courteous, agile, and efficient customer service; * Receive payments through various methods (cash, cards, Pix, among others); * Deliver receipts, change, and required documents; * Verify the authenticity of banknotes and ensure security in card transactions; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, recording and justifying any discrepancies; * Maintain an organized and secure cashier area; * Offer and present the store’s credit card to customers; * Contribute toward achieving approved card targets. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a cashier; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Must be at least 18 years old. ### **Desired competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in sales and customer service; * Agility and attention to detail; * Honesty, responsibility, and organization; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems; * Ease of use of technology applied to customer service. **What we offer:** --------------------- * CLT employment contract; * Incentive bonus for approved cards; * Cash advance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Discounts on medications at Pague Menos pharmacies.
