Job Summary:
Occupational Safety professional to work preventively in reducing accident and occupational disease risks, managing CIPA, fire brigades, and training programs.

Perform occupational safety-related activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risk of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Perform occupational safety-related activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risk of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation;
* Manage CIPA and fire brigades, aiming to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents;
* Document the company's continuous improvement actions to reduce the number of workplace accidents;
* Provide assistance in cases of workplace accidents and investigate their causes to prevent recurrence;
* Develop occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising initiatives and dissemination of safety regulations, aiming to foster a preventive safety attitude among employees;
* Maintain occupational safety documentation to ensure compliance with legal occupational safety requirements (NRs, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc);
* Conduct studies and prepare preliminary risk analyses (APR);
* Record traffic accidents involving company fleet vehicles;
* Conduct safety inspections in operational areas;
* Periodically perform checklists for machines, equipment, and tools to ensure proper operating conditions;
* Participate in the client's safety committee, when established;
* Conduct periodic safety inspections on company fleet and employee transportation vehicles to ensure necessary safety conditions.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety;
* Experience in the field;
* Civil Firefighter course;
* Knowledge of NRs (Normative Rules);
* Proficiency in methodologies for authorizing high-risk activities;
* Additional training in Working at Heights and Confined Spaces.
