Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks, linen replacement, and order dispatching. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Dispatching menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary\*: BRL 1,574.00 (BRL 1,630.00 after probation period) \+ 40% Hazard Pay \+ 2% Tips \*Meal Allowance after 3 months:\* BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance\*: BRL 300.00 \| Bike Benefit BRL 100.00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days)\*: BRL 130.00 * Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
