Development and updating of maintenance plans and schedules Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability, cost reduction, and improved operational reliability. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan. * Schedule work orders based on equipment criticality. * Monitor maintenance backlog. * Ensure availability of spare parts and materials from the warehouse. * Track maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs). * Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules. * Manage third-party service contracts. * Input data into and maintain the maintenance management system Minimum Education: Technical Course * Transportation allowance * Parking * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Education incentive * Wellhub * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site cafeteria
