We value innovation, ethics, and proactive leadership, collectively building a long-term trajectory of positive impact. **What we seek:** * A professional to supervise internal logistics operations (Order Picking / Sorting / Order Consolidation); * Plan and allocate team tasks, ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time delivery; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lead Time, Productivity, Stockouts, and Order Incidents; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards (5S, NRs, internal procedures); * Conduct periodic feedback sessions with teams; * Engage in analysis and continuous improvement of intralogistics processes; * Support cost reduction initiatives within operational areas. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (Flexible schedule availability) Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in internal logistics operations, managing at least 30 employees directly; * Knowledge of WMS, ERP, and operational control tools; * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies; * Preferred knowledge of Lean, 5S, and process management; * Leadership, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and decision-making ability.
