




Description: Professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on physical structures, equipment, and basic systems (electrical, hydraulic, and civil). Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. * Perform repairs on physical structures such as doors, windows, furniture and floors, roofs, and parking areas. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, fuses, and small electrical components. * Carry out simple repairs on hydraulic systems (faucets, toilets, drains, pipes, water tanks, and others). * Support minor renovations, painting of spaces, and assembly/disassembly of furniture. * Assist with internal relocations and space organization. * Ensure safety and preservation of environments by identifying risks and proposing solutions. * Control the use and organization of maintenance tools and materials. * Request replenishment of supplies and equipment when necessary.
