Development of strategic product knowledge As a Commercial Technical Assistant, your mission will be: To work as a dynamic professional with solid experience in the construction industry, handling technical assignments including delivering training sessions for retailers and on construction sites, conducting technical visits, and preparing technical reports. Provide support to the entire sales team located in the state of Paraná and represent the technical department in all related activities. Support the entire external team by understanding the market and performing additional market research. Develop specialized knowledge for strategic application as a technical product specialist. Practical experience in the technical field involving construction industry products is essential, along with experience in technical assistance and training, adherence to reporting deadlines for departmental KPIs, and participation in strategic decision-making. Participation in trade fairs and company events is also required. Requirements: Willingness to travel within the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo, and occasionally to other states; Completed technical education in Building Construction / Engineering, or currently enrolled; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Preferred: more than three years of experience as a Commercial Technical Assistant; Driver's license, Category B.
