We have an opening for a Commercial Internship, with the following responsibilities: * Conduct client negotiations; * Receive and analyze client requests; * Prospect new clients; * Prepare and send proposals according to procedure; * Handle telephone communications (with clients and suppliers); * Issue Purchase Order Confirmations; * Maintain updated sector database (CRM); * Track client purchase orders (Follow\-up’s); * Record and analyze customer complaints or suggestions; * Send documents requested by customers; * Enter relevant sector records into the Protheus system; * Archive sector documents; * Prepare commercial sector performance indicators; * Keep sector records updated in the SGQ system; * Periodically access electronic portals to check quotations and purchase orders; * Renew BGM’s registration with clients. **Requirements** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Completed high school education or currently pursuing Business Administration or Commercial Management; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **General Information** * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (on-site) * **Location**: Buritis neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG * **Compensation**: Internship stipend of R$2\.000,00 \+ transportation allowance Job Type: Internship Payment: R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
