Responsible for performing installation, preventive and corrective maintenance services on electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation of company activities. Support the development, structuring, and acceleration of distributor channel performance so the sales team achieves sustainable sales growth, profitability, market coverage, and execution of commercial strategy with partners. · Create a distribution map; · Monitor and implement the distributor channel strategy (PEX) · (Channel Manager); · Segment distributors by profile and potential; · Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of business plans (JBP); · Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, product mix, and investment (funds); · Monitor sample request and dispatch to distributors; · Develop training schedules jointly with sales executives; · Monitor the development of distributors’ sales force; · Support the development and monitoring of sales campaigns, product launches, and channel policies with distributors; · Develop and enforce monthly visit schedules for sales executives / sales managers; · Analyze market, competition, and key performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Document organization and CRM or ERP system updates * Basic knowledge of order management, negotiation, sales, and KPIs * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Data consolidation and generation of simple managerial reports * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in customer service * Proactivity in identifying and solving problems **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Health Insurance Dental Insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Av. das Indústrias, 3105 - Vila Iris - Santa Luzia - MG **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday)
