Based on your performance, you’ll have opportunities for promotion and advancement, as well as participation in internal initiatives that accelerate growth! **Let’s go together \#ToInfinityAndBeyond?** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Fleet Partner Journey Management** * Manage the end-to-end fleet partner journey—from quotation to portfolio maintenance; * Conduct and support quotations for new fleet enrollments, ensuring technical consistency and adherence to company policies; * Monitor and address portfolio-related requests—including contractual disputes, operational adjustments, and retention support. #### **Cross-Departmental Interface and Coordination** * Serve as the primary liaison between external representatives and internal departments (registration, inspection, tracking, finance, etc.); * Proactively resolve operational pending items, such as: * Tracking requests * Inspections * Registrations * Invoice corrections * Ensure alignment among departments to promote agility and quality in process execution. #### **Data Analysis and KPI Management** * Collect, structure, and analyze relevant operational, market, and competitive data related to fleet operations; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, proposing corrective actions and improvement opportunities; * Develop critical analyses to support strategic and commercial decision-making; * Prepare managerial reports with clear, actionable insights. #### **Planning and Continuous Improvement** * Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities within the fleet partner journey; * Propose and implement process improvements focused on scalability, efficiency, and partner experience; * Support the definition and review of departmental goals, KPIs, and routines; * Contribute to structuring and evolving fleet processes with a long-term perspective. #### **Projects and Innovation** * Participate in the conception and execution of strategic fleet-area projects; * Contribute to automation, digitalization, and productivity-enhancement initiatives; * Support the development of innovative solutions for quotation, fleet management, and fleet partner engagement; * Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Analytical mindset with strong data orientation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to operate across both operational and strategic functions; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks; * Proactive attitude and ownership mindset; * Experience with Excel/Power BI or other analytical tools is a plus; * Experience in insurance, vehicle protection, or fleet management is a significant advantage. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Location:** Estoril/BH **Work Model:** On-site **What \#Primer Offers:** * Caju Card A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer—whether lunching with colleagues or grocery shopping.
