Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Managing and organizing the team, as well as all aspects related to facilities security—including monitoring, risk management, and crisis management. * Developing improvement plans based on identified risks to mitigate and/or eliminate impacts related to personnel and asset security. * Ensuring the development and monitoring of indicators related to facilities security and performance, keeping them aligned with corporate objectives, suggesting improvements, managing actions and projects, and guaranteeing operations within defined parameters. * Leading strategic meetings tied to key indicators and issues within the security sector. Standardize, implement, control, and monitor Mercado Livre’s policies and procedures, aligning them with the company’s global strategy. * Leading the team in an inspiring manner—sharing knowledge, motivating others, continuously learning, implementing the people strategy to execute required activities, setting short-, medium-, and long-term goals, continuously monitoring and developing organizational climate, and ensuring healthy multidisciplinary relationships through ongoing interactions with other departments. Additionally, establish information exchange with other units across Brazil and the region. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Facilities Security, Exact Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics, continuous improvement, process management, and supervision of outsourced facilities security teams, plus leadership experience grounded in technical security competencies and project management.
