Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **responsible for:** * Supervising operations to ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and SLAs in facility security. * Managing internal and outsourced teams, overseeing performance, daily routines, training, and conduct alignment. * Managing the monitoring and CCTV system regarding availability, proper usage, and recordkeeping, ensuring prompt incident response. * Analyzing operational data, consolidating information via Excel and PowerPoint to propose improvements and support decision-making. * Leading standardization and improvement initiatives to reduce risks, improve efficiency, prevent losses, plan coverage/events, and align actions with partner areas. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Security, Exact Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of facility security and CCTV monitoring. * Prior experience in team leadership and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Availability to work onsite in Embu das Artes/SP, on a 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48), with flexible hours as needed for shift coverage and event support. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything necessary for an outstanding experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering opportunities in exchange for payment.
