Job Summary: Responsible for planning electromechanical maintenance activities, preparing technical reports, and assisting in equipment assembly and inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in failure analyses and supplier development Responsible for performing electromechanical maintenance planning—preventive, corrective, and predictive—using the Engeman maintenance system and MS Project, adhering to equipment technical manuals; performing dimensional measurements of equipment and components for maintenance; preparing technical reports on executed activities; conducting diagnostics and assessments of equipment installation; applying measurement and testing techniques; specifying instruments; supporting assembly and maintenance teams; and inspecting mechanical equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Routinely monitor availability and reliability indices within your area of responsibility using graphs and reports generated by the planning team to identify and correct potential issues; * Plan corrective, preventive, predictive, improvement, and safety-related electromechanical activities in accordance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Request materials, services, and contractors using the Engeman system and MS Project, aiming to develop our maintenance technologies, products, and/or materials; * Develop maintenance procedures following manufacturers' manual guidelines, track activity planning progress via the "progress curve", revise maintenance durations as needed to standardize and reduce labor requirements; * Participate in equipment, machinery, and facility failure analyses through verbal reporting to support evaluation and action plan development; * Develop suppliers, analyze quotations, evaluate technical conditions of contracts and service specifications, manage agreed deadlines, assess performance, and approve suppliers; * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), identify unsafe conditions and acts, dispose of waste materials at designated locations, and recommend environmentally friendly materials and products; * Accurately complete Unit Incident Records using predefined codes to monitor labor allocation within the operational area; * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems per established procedures to maintain certifications, ensure corporate system integrity, and prevent accidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering; * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of Metrology; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in maintenance of mobile mining equipment, especially yellow and white fleet. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** **Health insurance for employee and dependents;** **Dental insurance for employee and dependents;** **Life insurance;** **Semester-based Profit Sharing Program (PPR);** **Meal allowance of BRL 1,000.00;** **Christmas Card;** **On-site cafeteria;** **Charter transportation;** **Physical activity and wellbeing platform \- Wellhub;** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members \- Apoiopass;** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program);** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program).** **We are a Brazilian company engaged in exploration, development, and operation of mineral assets.** With 18 years of experience, we currently operate across all regions of Brazil, maintaining a diversified portfolio covering a wide range of minerals—including iron ore, gold, nickel, rare earth elements, phosphate, and limestone. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines—both part of the Baratinha Complex—and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Vale do Aço region, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total Baratinha Complex capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in Q3 2025\. The project holds reserves of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full production capacity of 2.0 million tons per year—exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State—located near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, this project does not utilize tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
