Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Mapping logistics processes—including inbound, outbound, warehousing, transportation, etc.—and identifying improvement opportunities. * Leading and executing Lean, Kaizen, and waste- and cost-reduction initiatives. * Developing and monitoring operational and continuous improvement performance indicators (KPIs). * Conducting training sessions and workshops on Lean methodologies, PDCA, 5S, among others. * Acting as a facilitator of the continuous improvement culture within operational teams and collaborating with departments such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Technology to implement sustainable solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
