Full support to the pastry team Job Description * Assist all pastry chefs with cleaning, organization, and preparation of hotel desserts. * Assist in preparing mise\-en\-place, which precedes final plating. * Assist in organizing and preparing desserts. * Monitor quality of ingredients to be used.
