Job Summary: Professional responsible for assembling, configuring, inspecting, and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring their proper operation and energy efficiency. We started small and today we are one of the most promising companies in the industry. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assemble and configure equipment such as split units, cold rooms, and industrial refrigeration systems; * Perform inspections, replace parts, adjust systems, and ensure equipment operates correctly—preventing failures and repairing issues when they arise; * Identify technical problems within systems; * Maintain system efficiency—for example, by cleaning air filters and performing technical adjustments; * Ensure the system uses the correct type and quantity of refrigerant gas, in compliance with environmental regulations; * Verify that systems operate efficiently, minimizing energy consumption. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Technical course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Certification to handle refrigerant gases and, in some cases, NR-10 (Electrical Installation Safety) and NR-35 (Work at Heights) certifications; * Prior experience installing and maintaining refrigeration systems, preferably with knowledge across different system types (residential, commercial, and industrial); * Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, proficiency in using refrigeration-specific tools, and knowledge of welding techniques; * Flexibility to work varied hours and, occasionally, respond to emergency service calls.
