Job Summary: Bar seeks a Kitchen Assistant to assist with cleaning, organization, ingredient preparation, and support to the chef, while managing inventory and waste. Key Highlights: 1. Initial food preparation Bar is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Perform thorough cleaning and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils. Carry out initial ingredient preparation, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping. Provide direct support to the chef by delivering essential ingredients and utensils during service. Assist with receiving, storing, and arranging products in the kitchen inventory. Ensure proper separation and disposal of waste. Help wash dishes and cookware whenever necessary.
