**Requirements:**
---------------
* Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
* Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) of Rio de Janeiro
* Experience in pharmacovigilance, pharmacoeconomics, drug distribution systems, evidence-based decision-making, risk management, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacology.
**Responsibilities:**
---------------
Monitor daily medication and supply inventory levels;
Prepare replenishment orders for supplies;
Lead the team;
Collaborate technically with multidisciplinary teams;
Make responsible decisions in urgent situations;
Guide and allocate team members optimally to ensure essential services—such as prescription dispensing—are not compromised during atypical situations like staff shortages or absences, thereby avoiding harm to patients;
Supervise pharmacy operations, including pharmacy organization and cleaning, shelf and refrigerator maintenance, medication dispensing activities, restocking medications into bins (standard plastic containers), restocking medication and medical-hospital kits, and adherence to staff working hours;
Be responsible for satellite pharmacies;
Promote awareness among multidisciplinary teams regarding proper handling, storage, and rational use of medications;
Know, disseminate, and enforce internal procedures;
Provide appropriate pharmaceutical care—specifically, monitoring patients’ pharmacological treatment to ensure effective and safe therapy through health promotion initiatives;
Evaluate medical prescriptions and perform technical interventions whenever necessary.
