Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Coordinate pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown activities; * Manage teams within your area of responsibility; * Coordinate weekly factory programming and detailing processes, evaluating results; * Ensure that resources required to execute planned services are available according to factory and detailing demands; * Develop time, investment, and planning schedules aimed at improving safety, productivity, and environmental performance; * Coordinate site maintenance teams and demands, as well as expansion projects; * Monitor and control production indicators, material logistics, and personnel logistics, proposing corrective action plans when necessary; * Manage integrity programs within your assigned environment; * Perform other related tasks, as directed by your immediate supervisor; * Maintain hygiene and organization at your workstation, including cleaning machines, equipment, and tools, and collecting and disposing waste and residues into appropriate containers—ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards per predefined protocols; * Contribute to product and service quality by applying quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental procedures and standards during task execution as specified; * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, complying with company-established regulations. * **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active CREA registration;** * **Alternatively, technicians from related fields with active professional council registration and solid experience in the field may be considered;** * **Advanced Excel proficiency;** * **Offshore experience;** * **Management experience;**
