Responsible for negotiating pricing, timelines, commercial terms, and payment policies—ensuring sustainable agreements aligned with company objectives. Mission: strengthen relationships, maximize results, and deliver a high-level commercial experience by integrating technical expertise, market insight, and negotiation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work according to established timelines and interaction/commercial targets based on an internal sales methodology; * Record all client interactions in the CRM; * Assess and supervise field projects as needed to fulfill the sales promise; * Conduct prospecting via site visits and phone calls; * Monitor, establish, and maintain relationships with clients and operational teams due to the complexity of sales. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fields) * 4–6 years of experience in consultative sales (preferably in technology/infrastructure) * Experience with customized CFTV contracts and projects (IP, analog, and digital), structured cabling (data and voice), cable TV, and telephony * Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies **Knowledge Areas:** * Physical security solutions (CFTV, access control, alarms, remote concierge); * IT infrastructure applied to security (networks, servers, connectivity); * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Consultative selling and negotiation techniques; * CRM usage and productivity tools; * IP telephony, advanced networking, and integrated communication solutions; * Cloud computing applied to security and monitoring; * Familiarity with condominium management and facilities operations; * Certifications or courses in electronic security or IT; * Familiarity with methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, or similar; **Other:** * Willingness to conduct external visits, attend events, training sessions, and certification programs. * Role requires constant coordination with engineering, implementation, operations, and marketing teams.
