We overcome **challenges** to optimize operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and become part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Hold global responsibility for operational safety, work permit system, and change management onboard the installation. * Be familiar with the FPSO’s structural conditions and ensure structural loads during operations remain within permitted limits. * Ensure full compliance with legislation, regulations, and mandatory procedures applicable to the vessel and production operations. * Address onboard Client Representative requests per the Contract. * Monitor daily operations and ensure records are properly maintained and updated. * Organize, supervise, and delegate crew activities so that preventive maintenance/inspections, housekeeping/cleaning, and repairs are completed on schedule. * Consult Department Supervisors before making decisions affecting crew or FPSO safety due to production issues or other reasons. * Manage emergencies. * Responsible for conducting emergency and safety drills and training per regulations, including clear instructions on the use of safety and lifesaving equipment, as well as precautions to be taken during emergencies. * Ensure all operational manuals are followed by respective departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * OIM endorsement/maritime license per IMO Resolution A.1079(28), Section 6.2. * Where a Master (navigation) is required, this professional may fulfill that role and must hold a maritime endorsement/license compliant with STCW Code II/2. * Extensive experience on tankers, fixed/mobile installations, or preferably floating production units. * Fluent English.
