Ability to Lead Teams and Resolve Conflicts Inspect teams of general service assistants, maintenance assistants, doormen, janitors, receptionists, and others across various workstations; Conduct daily technical and operational visits at service delivery sites; Guide the team regarding workstation rules and procedures, arrange payroll submissions, collect time cards, update work schedules, manage staff assignments, liaise with clients, and enforce discipline; Monitor employee performance to ensure quality and compliance with tasks according to company-established standards; Support onboarding and training of new employees; Monitor attendance, working hours, uniforms, materials, and equipment used in operations; Record incidents and prepare visit and inspection reports; Act as the liaison between the company and the client, ensuring clear and efficient communication; Suggest improvements to operational processes and working conditions; Support staff replacement in cases of absences or leave. Valid Driver’s License Category B (mandatory); Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed); Experience in service outsourcing companies (cleaning); Minimum one year of experience in this role; Experience leading teams in cleaning, security, and concierge services; Basic computer skills.
