We are seeking a Planning Engineer to manage the physical and financial planning and control of electrical maintenance and industrial unit shutdown projects in the oil and gas sector, ensuring schedule adherence, cost control, and contractual compliance. On-site work in Macaé/RJ is required. * Prepare and review planning documents: technical scopes, WBS, activity lists, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), mobilization curves, and contractual milestones. * Plan and monitor scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, analyzing schedule, cost, and safety risks. * Define resources, work fronts, logical sequencing, and critical paths. * Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, SMS, and procurement teams to ensure technical alignment. * Participate in preparing technical proposals, timeline estimates, and execution planning. * Ensure compliance with Petrobras standards, engineering best practices, and contractual requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with active registration at CREA. * Minimum of **10 years** of experience in electrical maintenance and industrial unit shutdown planning. * Proven experience with Petrobras assets and contracts. * Proficiency in **MS Project and/or Primavera P6**. * Advanced knowledge of scheduling, CPM, resource management, and planning documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. * Experience in commissioning and start\-up planning.
