Job Summary: A professional responsible for process modeling and management, with a focus on optimization, critical analysis, and implementation of improvements, as well as support for SAP and BI systems. SAP System and BI Tools Support **Description:** Process modeling and process management; Support for process management Map, request, and control the SAP profiles required to perform the Unit's activities; Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; Develop and update the management’s Competency Matrices; Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; Update files, controls, and systems; Support for process management and optimization Develop organizational charts, flowcharts, procedures, and matrices evaluating organizational structure and work methods; Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; Optimize activities and processes; Support the implementation of corporate initiatives impacting Inventory Management activities; Ensure compliance with audits related to inventory management (e.g., SOX), by gathering necessary documentation, consolidating information, and assessing data consistency. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; Update files, controls, and systems; Develop dashboards using BI (Business Intelligence) tools for data analysis and dissemination. Process mapping diagnosis Conduct preliminary analysis of the process to be mapped; Characterize the current situation and propose a work plan including structuring of processes to be mapped, interfaces (involved management units), procedures to be developed, and detailed schedules with dates and timeframes for each phase; Diagnose existing standards, identifying potential need for creation and/or elimination of standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** Engineering degree issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), with registration in the respective professional council Advanced computer skills; project management tools such as MS Project or similar; software: Microsoft Office, Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, and related tools.
