Operate loading and unloading equipment; connect pipelines to cargo loading facilities. Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in port warehouses and on vessels; communicate by sending, receiving, and verifying messages; notify and request information, authorizations, and guidance related to cargo transportation, loading, and unloading.
