Operate cargo loading and unloading equipment; connect pipelines to cargo loading facilities. Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in port warehouses and on ships; establish communication by transmitting, receiving, and verifying messages; notify and request information, authorizations, and instructions regarding cargo transportation, loading, and unloading.
