If you seek professional development, innovation, and a collaborative work environment, join our team! **Responsibilities:** **Field Inspection:** Perform visual and dimensional inspections on structures, equipment, and piping. **Service Approval:** Monitor and approve construction stages (e.g., formwork release, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, steel erection, torque application, etc.) using Service Verification Sheets (SVS). **Technical Control:** Monitor concrete tests (slump, CP casting), soil tests (compaction), and non-destructive testing (liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic) as required. **Non-Conformity Management:** Identify deviations, issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and propose/monitor corrective and preventive actions. **Documentation (Data Book):** Control and organize technical documentation, ensuring material traceability and photographic records. **Inspection and Test Plan (ITP):** Develop inspection and test plans compliant with client requirements. **Drawing Interpretation:** Interpret architectural drawings, piping isometrics, and technical drawings. **Safety and SMS:** Ensure all quality activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards. **Education:** **Qualification:** Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Construction, Building Construction, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Required Competencies:** Proven experience in quality inspection for industrial assembly or heavy civil construction projects. Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical standards (ABNT/ISO), metrology principles, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Willingness to travel. **Desirable Competencies:** Knowledge of welding (boiler-making/piping), certifications (e.g., SNQC or ABENDI welding inspector), and experience working under Petrobras/Vale/Transpetro contracts. **Benefits:** At Trescal, we believe caring for people goes far beyond the workplace.
