A selected candidate would analyze the department’s administrative needs for the services function.
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Generating and monitoring personnel and material embarkation/disembarkation requests using the client’s system.
* Managing ASO (Occupational Health Certificate)
* Controlling and monitoring EPI (Personal Protective Equipment) delivery records
* Scheduling personnel and material embarkation/disembarkation
* Arranging transportation and accommodation
* Providing administrative support to the operations team
* Document control and updates
**Fuel your passion**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in personnel or materials logistics
* Basic or intermediate English proficiency
* SAP experience
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
