Job Summary: This role involves monitoring operational drilling and casing parameters in real-time, aiding in KPI improvement, and ensuring data consistency for simulated wells. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring consistency of project-configured data. ### **Description** We currently have open opportunities for a **Petroleum Application Engineer - Drilling** position in Macaé - RJ. **Your main responsibilities in this role will include:** * Monitoring real-time operational parameters (both received and calculated) related to drilling and casing operations for each well supported by the PWDa software. * Assisting in improving drilling KPIs. * Maintaining awareness of the current operational status of each well supported by PWDa. * Ensuring consistency of project-configured data for all wells simulated in PWDa. * Maintaining communication with Petrobras’ operational control centers to issue alerts regarding operational issues and collect necessary information for simulation in PWDa. * Testing new versions of real-time monitoring support tools. * Monitoring is conducted 24/7 on a 14x14 shift schedule. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Proven experience in well drilling monitoring. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Active CREA registration at the time of hiring. ### **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with engineering software. * Experience in well hydraulics. * Experience preparing technical reports.
