Resumes will remain in the company’s possession for the duration of the selection process and for an additional six months for potential future selection processes, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for preparing the organization of essential and strategic documents and information for the client, guiding the client and assisting in the recovery of data and information. * Organize documents and information deemed essential and strategic; assist in archive administration by controlling document and material inflow and outflow; * Conduct internal telephone customer service; * Verify documents, perform document digitization, and file them accordingly; * Record and control document and file check-outs/returns; * Provide users with access to data sources; * Procure materials and incorporate them into the collection; * Archive documents by classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation, recover and preserve information digitally, magnetically, or on paper to ensure document availability to clients, regulatory bodies, and internal and external audits. Requirements Completed high school education. **Desired Experience:** One (1) year of experience as a file assistant, library assistant, or in documentation-related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; daily technical and administrative file tasks including receipt, processing, and provision of documentation across various media (paper and electronic); basic knowledge of administrative routines related to documentation service execution; Electronic Document Management (EDMS/GED); familiarity with engineering documentation collections.
