Organization of family dossiers and technical reports **Job Description:** ---------------------- Negotiate with affected families and provide individualized support to present compensation and social indemnity options, update socioeconomic registries, and formalize assistance plans. Conduct qualified listening, psychosocial reception, and record relevant social, land tenure, and housing information. Responsible for collecting, verifying, digitizing, and organizing family documentation, as well as completing and verifying legal instruments according to established templates. Conduct technical and home visits when necessary, accompany signature processes, notarial procedures, and disbursement of indemnities/compensations. Mediate and prevent conflicts; develop case studies for exceptional or vulnerable situations; organize family dossiers; and prepare technical reports. Present the Assisted Purchase Program to eligible families and support negotiation strategies in cases of resistance to proposals. Prepare, update, and organize individual and consolidated technical reports using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, ensuring systematic information management, proper organization of family dossiers, and compliance with project procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree (in Law, Social Sciences/Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields) and a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in the respective field, having directly or indirectly participated in involuntary resettlement processes during one’s career.
