Internal customer service and management of service requests **Posting Date:** 3 Feb 2026 **City:** Macae' **Location:**Macae', BR, 27915\-011 **Contract Type:** Permanent **Division:** Energy Project Solutions **Level of experience:** Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a **Calibration Technical Administrative Assistant** to join its office in Macaé, RJ within the **Energy Project Solutions** Division.**Mission** Technical Administrative Service – QA/QC Calibration \#LI\-MR2**Responsibilities** Perform laboratory analytical activities, support, process control and development; evaluation and critical analysis of certificates and issuance of technical reports; issuance of certificates; internal customer service; opening and closing of service requests; receipt, verification and delivery of materials for internal or external calibration; control and request of invoices; transportation requests; PPE requests. As a complement, understand and interpret procedures, instruction manuals and standards. Possess SAP maintenance module handling skills; review processes, spreadsheets and controls; develop Excel spreadsheets.**Requirements** Technician in metrology, automation, instrumentation or electronics.
