




Job Summary: Manage security activities, monitor service orders, train staff, and implement strategies for operational optimization and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Operational optimization and internal conflict resolution * Experience in the security field; * Driver's license category B; * Conduct periodic meetings to evaluate activities, aiming to ensure procedure quality and safety; * Update documentation related to your department; * Receive and monitor work being performed under service orders; * Assess whether service orders are executed correctly and, if necessary, suggest corrections or improvements; * Train newly hired employees; * Create and manage team schedules; * Report to HR and administration if encountering an issue that cannot be resolved independently; * Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback; * Identify employees ready to advance in their professional careers for promotion consideration; * Attempt to resolve problems and disputes among employees; * Propose, monitor, and implement strategies to improve operational planning performance; * Develop plans to correct potential deviations or changes from the original work plan; * Analyze and develop new techniques and equipment recommendations to enhance employee performance.
