Performance evaluation and employee development * Experience in the security field; * Driver's License Category B; * Conduct periodic meetings to assess activities, aiming to ensure quality and safety of procedures; * Update documentation related to your department; * Receive and monitor work being performed under service orders; * Evaluate whether service orders are being executed correctly and, if necessary, suggest corrections or improvements; * Train newly hired employees; * Create and manage team schedules; * Report to HR and administration if encountering an issue that cannot be resolved independently; * Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback; * Identify employees ready for the next career step to receive promotion; * Attempt to resolve conflicts and disputes among employees; * Propose, monitor, and implement strategies to improve operational planning performance; * Develop plans to correct possible deviations or changes from the initial work plan; * Analyze and develop new techniques and equipment for recommendation, aiming to improve employee performance.
