With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for supporting sales department activities, assisting in customer service, organizing commercial information, and monitoring sales processes. Provide administrative and sales support to the commercial team. Handle customer inquiries, clarify doubts, and provide product or service information. Prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals. Update and organize customer databases and information in the system. Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and sales progress. Assist in controlling commercial documents and contracts. Organize spreadsheets, reports, and sales indicators. Support new customer prospecting when necessary. Maintain post\-sale contact with customers and monitor satisfaction. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Business Assistant, or Relationship Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
