Job Summary: A professional to manage the team, ensure smooth store operations, develop commercial strategies, and maintain the store environment in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining the store and team in optimal condition Team management, ensuring full store functionality, monitoring waste and stockouts, verifying equipment functionality, developing commercial strategies, and maintaining the store and team in optimal condition. Requirements: Must reside in Macaé, proactive, organized, confident and assertive in communication, prior experience in the field. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break, Monday through Saturday. Compensation: Base salary + trust position allowance + dental plan.
