Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage planning and execution controls for production; * Manage execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects; * Ensure standardization of engineering processes for multidisciplinary project development; * Ensure compliance and efficiency of engineering deliverables in full accordance with Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs) and client procedures; * Ensure production efficiency through contractual guidelines; * Guarantee timely delivery of planning BOOKs by managing planning teams; * Serve as the interface with clients, ensuring alignment with project priorities; * Participate in routine client meetings, ensuring smooth progress of project phases; * Ensure contractual planning performance indicators are met; * Ensure planning quality complies with contractual requirements set forth with the client; * Guide planning teams on activity execution; * Manage teams to ensure planning execution aligns with project progress; * Present measurement forecasts to contract managers and also to the client for monitoring consumption against each PPU (Unit Price Schedule) in the contract; * Deliver the project’s physical and financial plan to the client; * Perform other related tasks, as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain hygiene and organization at the workstation, including cleaning machines, equipment, and tools, and collecting and disposing of waste and residues in appropriate containers—ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations per pre-established standards; * Contribute to product and service quality by applying quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards and procedures during task execution as defined; * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, complying with company-established regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Active CREA registration. **Desirable:** * English proficiency. * Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP. **Additional Information** * **Unimed Health Plan:** Extends to legal dependents; the **employee** pays no monthly fee and only bears cost-sharing. * **Totalpass:** For your quality of life, health, and wellbeing; * **Dental Assistance:** Basic plan for employees with minimal payroll deduction; * **Pharmacy Benefit**; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Flash card, with minimal payroll deduction; * **Life Insurance**; * **Stock Options** – Castor (VINCI Energies) Share Purchase Program; * **Conexa Saúde Platform:** Offers online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, physical education professionals, and nurses—ensuring confidentiality, convenience, and security.
