Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure routine execution of factory load planning and detailed scheduling; * Manage weekly factory scheduling and detailing processes, evaluating results; * Ensure necessary resources for fulfilling planned services are available according to factory and detailing demands; * Manage teams under your area of responsibility; * Develop investment plans targeting improvements in safety, productivity, and working environment; * Manage site maintenance teams and demands, as well as expansion projects; * Ensure warehouse and personnel logistics meet contractual requirements; * Define and monitor production, material logistics, and personnel indicators, proposing corrective action plans when needed; * Support the commercial department in prospecting and preparing proposals; * Manage integrity programs within your assigned environment; * Perform other related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor; * Maintain hygiene and order at your workstation—clean machines, equipment, and tools; collect and dispose of waste and residues in appropriate containers—to comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards per predefined protocols; * Contribute to product and service quality by applying established quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental procedures during task execution; * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, complying with company-established regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the oil \& gas market; * English language proficiency; * Production management techniques; * Microsoft Office suite; * Leadership skills; * Basic knowledge of boiler-making and welding. **Additional Information** * **Unimed Health Plan:** Extends to legal dependents; the **employee** pays no monthly fee, only cost-sharing. * **Totalpass:** For your quality of life, health, and wellbeing; * **Dental Care Assistance:** Basic plan for employees with minimal payroll deduction; * **Pharmacy Benefit Program**; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Flash card, with minimal payroll deduction; * **Life Insurance**; * **Stock Options** – Castor (VINCI Energies) Share Purchase Program; * **Conexa Saúde Platform:** Offers online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and nurses—ensuring confidentiality, convenience, and security.
