Lead active prospecting, sales, and relationship management with key customers in the Brazilian market. Provide technical support for new product development (NPI) in collaboration with the engineering team. Translate customer needs into appropriate commercial and technical solutions. Participate in strategic negotiations and the company's market expansion initiatives. Report and align projects and results with teams in China and Brazil, using fluent English.
