Proficiency in goal setting and results orientation **Job Mission:** Train and promote the development of the reseller team, conducting continuous in-person and remote monitoring to ensure and encourage achievement of results. **Key Responsibilities in this Position:** * Acquire and retain resellers; * Conduct ongoing visits to registered resellers; * Contact resellers; * Implement cycle-based activities with resellers; * Support achievement of cycle goals; * Maintain good relationships with resellers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in sales supervision with focus on customer portfolio maintenance and updating; * Creativity to develop sales campaign initiatives; * Proficiency in goal setting and results orientation. * Experience in performance indicator management.
