Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure people management, direction, motivation, development, and fair and impartial handling of all team members' performance; * Train employees performing operational functions; * Ensure execution of logistics processes—from goods receipt through to delivery—as well as support processes (PCP), in accordance with established standards; * Support the manager in achieving established goals; * Record anomalies/non-conformities within your area, eliminating immediate effects, and support the manager in resolving root causes of problems using managerial methodology; * Embody and disseminate the company's culture; * Responsible for implementing conduct and organizational safety policies, and applying disciplinary measures; * Ensure creation of an organized, clean, safe, and disciplined environment. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.
