Record all interactions in the company’s systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** Be at least 18 years of age. Have completed high school (secondary education). Be available to work on-site in Arapiraca/AL. Be available for part-time shifts on a 6x1 or 5x2 schedule, during morning, afternoon, or night shifts. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)** No prior experience is required; however, it will be a significant advantage if you have previously worked as a telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or inbound customer service representative, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, or similar roles. Experience in customer service, customer support centers (SAC), sales, collections, or reception. Strong communication skills, clear diction, concise writing ability, and aptitude for interacting with the public.
