No prior experience is required; however, previous experience as a telemarketing operator, attendant, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer service representative, consultant, collections agent, active or passive attendant, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, or similar roles will be considered a strong advantage. Your Responsibilities (Key Activities) * Handle customer calls, answer questions, and record requests. * Provide quick and clear solutions, guiding customers step-by-step to resolve issues, across digital channels such as email, online chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other support channels. * Record all interactions in the company’s systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed high school (secondary education). * Be available to work onsite in Arapiraca. * Be available for part-time shifts on rotating schedules (6x1 or 5x2), during morning, afternoon, or night shifts. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) * No prior experience is required; however, previous experience in roles such as telemarketing operator, attendant, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer service representative, consultant, collections agent, active or passive attendant, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, or similar positions will be considered a significant advantage. * Experience in customer service, customer support centers (SAC), sales, collections, or reception. * Strong communication skills, clear diction, concise writing ability, and proficiency in interacting with the public. * Interest in building a career in customer service, sales, retention, collections, or relationship management areas.
