Focus on excellence in customer service Job Description: **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service team; * Monitor store performance in wholesale and retail, identifying improvement opportunities; * Manage inventory and place replenishment orders with suppliers; * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and proper presentation; * Guarantee excellence in customer service, both in-person and through digital channels (where applicable); * Conduct store opening and closing procedures, cash control, and financial indicators; * Support promotional campaigns, events, and customer loyalty strategies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a store manager or team leader in the pet industry, supermarkets, or similar sectors; * Experience in wholesale and retail (B2B and B2C); * Team management skills and results-oriented mindset; * Knowledge of inventory control, performance indicators (KPIs), and financial management; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Availability to work flexible hours and weekends (as required).
