Collaborative and transformative environment Job Description We are looking for an organized, hands-on professional interested in working in educational technology. The candidate will support the operation of the school’s digital platforms, provide technical assistance to staff, and collaborate in the use and maintenance of technological and audiovisual resources within the school environment. Strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to resolve everyday problems are highly valued. Responsibilities * Ensure the proper functioning of the school’s digital platforms and their integrations (Google Workspace, educational system, Layers). * Support access management, accounts (permissions and synchronization of users and classes). * Provide technical support to teachers and staff in using digital tools. * Ensure the proper functioning of the school’s audiovisual resources (projectors, sound systems, TVs, and media). * Perform installation, configuration, and support of audiovisual equipment in classrooms and events. * Address day-to-day technical issues in the school environment promptly. Requirements: * Practical knowledge of Google tools and digital educational environments. * Experience with audiovisual equipment (projectors and sound systems). * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in educational institutions; * Basic understanding of system integration and infrastructure.
