So, are you ready to wear this jersey with us?\#SeleçãoSBF \#vempraSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Transportation Coordinator**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Ensure movements and controls comply with SLA requirements; * Fleet Management (vehicles, drivers, maintenance, fines, KPIs); * Transportation KPI management; * Develop and monitor action plans for correction and improvement, ensuring execution; * Represent the department in cross-functional projects; * Ensure effective and efficient communication with other departments; * Manage administrative routines for the team (shift scheduling, vacations, time tracking, overtime, medical certificates); * Relay information between superiors and the team, and vice versa; * Organize workflow; * Resolve operational issues; * Act as a process facilitator, ensuring goal achievement and team engagement; * Manage the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need for this position on the field: * Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Business or Supply Chain; * Experience in people management; * Strong teamwork performance; * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes; * Knowledge of transportation and dispatch operations; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets; * Ability to analyze operational improvements and implement process enhancements.
